DESCRIPTION:Online Core Teaching Event\nEach day we are confronted with life handing us changes and losses in relationships\, health\, work\, personal identities\, living situations\, climate\, collective tragedies.…etc. Join Trillium Awakening teachers\, Cielle Backstrom and June Konopka as we experientially explore this topic together.\nDay One: The Art of Grounding in Presence/Awareness as a Resource in Times of Change and Loss in Life.\nSeptember 6: 9:00 – 11:30am PT / 12:00pm – 2:30pm ET and 1:00 – 4:00pm PT / 4:00 – 7:00pm ET\nWe’ll be creating a group field that will allow us to more deeply connect with the resource of our own awareness and presence. Grounded in our awareness\, we’ll be given an opportunity to speak from\, and radically embrace\, these experiences of change and loss. Time will be made for acknowledging individual transformations and new understandings which give us renewed freedom to be or act.\n—Ground yourself more deeply into your resource of awareness/presence\, so you have a strong base to greenlight your reactions (of pain\, fear\, grief\, helplessness\, and/or resistance) arising during times of change and loss?\n— Practice Inviting your reactions to losses (or anticipated losses) into your awareness to be acknowledged\, given a voice\, embodied\, and naturally transformed by loving presence.\n—Share individual transformations and insights from this process which have brought you more space or freedom.\nDay Two: The Art of Embodying Into the Earth as a Resource in Times of Change and Loss in Life.\nSeptember 7: 9:00 – 11:30am PT / 12:00pm – 2:30pm ET and 1:00 – 4:00pm PT / 4:00 – 7:00pm ET\n\nWe”ll explore our bodies as deeply connected to the body of the Earth. The life within us is the same life within Nature. When we relax into this deeper embodiment\, it brings us another resource for riding the changes that are innate within the cycles of life. And if the timing is right\, we may even be shown what is being born out of our losses.\n— Ground into the Earth as the body of the Earth.\n— Relax into the cycles of life in the same way all of Nature does.
