DESCRIPTION:This is a core-teaching event \nTrust in Being in Times of Transition\nAs we approach the first hundred days of the new administration\, it may be difficult to remember to Trust in Being and also that everything we encounter is Consciousness arising as itself in and as THAT. Let’s come together in mutuality to share how we’re navigating change and how to face that change with trust in Being. \nThis sitting is an opportunity to come together and speak whatever you’re feeling about the changes we’re undergoing as a country. We’ll hold each other in mutuality and help to reframe worries into what ifs: What if it’s all beyond our control? (It is). What if what happens is beyond our knowing? (It is). How can we rest in this not knowing and Trust in Being to carry us through whatever may come? If we can find this Trust\, then we can act as we’re called to act as the needs arise. SUMMARY:Friday Morning Meditations
DESCRIPTION:Come\, gather together via Zoom videoconferencing for 30 to 45-minute meditation sessions with Trillium Awakening teachers and community members. Sessions are free. Newcomers welcome!  \nThe meditation sessions start with introductions before the meditation\, which are approximately 25 minutes long. Some teachers may start the meditation with a brief lead-in\, but most of the meditation will be in silence. The meditation experience will be different with different teachers\, so you might want to attend meditations with different teachers to see whose style and transmission resonates with you. \nContact Don Drake for Zoom link\nPlease arrive on time\, as you’ll be able to enter the meeting room until 1 minute after the hour.\nPlease email events@dev.gabrielmafra.com if you have questions or suggestions for the Virtual Meditation Sessions. \nWhile there is no fee for the Morning Meditations\, we do encourage donations to the Trillium Awakening Teachers Circle Donation fund to support our efforts to reach more people with this work.
